Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

The product is incorrect (wrong item, wrong size, wrong color).
The product is incomplete (missing accessories or items).
The product does not match the description or images shown on the website.
The item does not fit you (size issue).
3. Fashion Items Covered
This applies to:
Abayas
Khimars
Hijabs
Scarves
Modest wear and accessories
If the item meets the conditions above (damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete), it will be eligible for return or exchange after inspection.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return (Non-Refundable)
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
Items damaged after delivery.
Inner caps, inner hijabs, niqab bands, or under scarves due to hygiene reasons.
Products bought on sale, bundle offers, or promotions, unless defective on arrival.
Products without original packaging, labels, or tags.
5. Exchange Option
Customers may request a replacement or exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Provide your Order ID, product name, and reason for return.
Share photos or videos of the issue (damaged/incorrect/defective product).
Our support team will guide you through the return or pickup process.
7. Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected by the Khimar.pk Quality Control Team.
Refunds or exchanges will be approved only if the product meets all return conditions.
Khimar.pk reserves the right to decline a return if the item is worn, used, damaged, or not returned in original condition.
8. Final Decision
Khimar.pk holds the right to make the final decision regarding refunds, exchanges, or rejection of claims based on policy compliance and product condition.
